Madam Lee’s Lapis Roulade is the 1st in Singapore & it is the most authentic Indonesian lapis that you have ever found islandwide.  What makes our lapis roulade special are the ingredients and the process of making them. The Spekoek spices are handpicked and concocted by us. In fact, we supplying the Spekoek spices to some of the cake shops in Medan, Indonesia.  The pineapple filling is also made from fresh pineapple by us. Each lapis is baked layer by layer manually and then hand-rolled.
