Madam Lee Bakery & Baking School Indonesia was started by Madam Yuliana, since 1979. Back then, it was called Yulia Bakery and Culinary School. She has received extension training in Hongkong and Taiwan. Madam Yuliana has won numerous accolades, one of the most prestigious was the award from our Mayor in North Sumatera, Indonesia.

The most important drive of Madam Yuliana is her passion to teach in baking & culinary. We share her vision and goal to help others to gain knowledge & skills in baking. Many of our students have benefited from her classes & some even had opened their own bakery businesses. We are proud that we can contribute significantly to their improvement & more importantly to help them to achieve their dreams.
